Wonderful experience. The tech that came out was very knowledgeable and handled my children's questions fantastically. He provided a thorough inspection for termites and was extremely educational while he was doing so. He cleanly explained the different options, provided pricing and was not pushy at all. We have been customers of McCarthy pest for at least 15 years. We have been in our current home for 10 years and the first five at our last house. McCarthy has always been professional, reliable, and here when we need them. Our home is on 3 acres surrounded by woods so we are always seeing little critters and bugs, especially in the spring. McCarthy comes out and within a couple days the bug problem is gone! McCarthy Pest & Termite Control is great. Chris called that he had finished with his previous service and wanted to let me know he could come earlier that my designated appointment time. He arrived 15 minutes early which was great. He was very knowledgeable about what he was doing and explained what he was going to do. He inspected for termites first and then sprayed the interior. I asked him not to spray my bedroom since my cats were in there. Everything was done great.
