Great experience with McCarthy Pest & Termite Control. This is the second time I’ve had them out to my home. I had an issue with some pests in my home and they did a great job. Prompt, courteous and affordable service. I highly recommend them.

McCarthy Pest Control has been servicing our house since we bought it. Neil has been fantastic. He is always professional, timely, and incredibly nice. He’s great at keeping us updated on our brown recluse situation, which is no longer an issue. I would definitely recommend them to everyone.

I thought i saw termites in our house so i called a couple companies to come out, McCarthy was the only one to answer and was able to get someone out next day! Bob was right on time and thankfully told me they were ants! He checked the rest of the house…

On Jan 1st I found sights of a rodent in my basement. I called some 24 hour places but was only able to leave messages. I also left a message for McCarthy. On Monday, Jan 3rd, McCarthy was the first to call me back and came to my house withing the hour.

We love McCarthy! Not only are they friendly, on-time, and a joy to work with, but they also answer every question I have as a first-time home owner. Each time they come I learn new things about my house and how best to protect it. I wouldn’t recommend anyone more than McCarthy!

Great experience from start to finish. I’ve been using McCarthy for the past few years and it’s been all positive. The office staff is professional, responsive, friendly and always helpful. The team in the field is on time, respectful, and does great work. Tim and his team are pest control rock stars!

Have used this company for pest control. Had problems with brown recluse and ants. All problem pest are gone. We utilize them quarterly to ensure our home is pest free. Very customer friendly and we highly recommend this company.

I called McCarthy Pest Control after advice from my Son who lives in St. Charles and have used the company before. The exterminator came with identification and a Mask. He checked the house and informed me I didn’t need any pest control at the time, this was about 3 weeks ago. I wasn’t charged for the visit and this was a welcome surprise. I will definitely call them when I do need service, great customer service also.

I have been using McCarthy Pest & Termite Control for years. They are always reliable and show up when they are scheduled. They are very thorough and are experts in pest control. I appreciate their professionalism and expertise. Neil answered all of my questions and was very attentive to the details in the house and yard. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a good pest control company that is reasonably priced.

Lance was my technician. He was very thorough and cordial at the same time. We talked about the issues we have with pest, how often and when we leave the house unattended. Without any sales pressure I was persuaded to have McCarthy come out in the spring and the fall each year no contract needed just a verbal agreement great company to work with thanks Lance for the good job.
We called McCarthy Pest Control because we had a lot of spiders at our house. They quoted a great price and the technician was right on time and very professional. Within a few days we noticed our spider problem was gone. I definitely recommend this company!
